Trans Global Projects managed the logistics for a large‑scale housing unit programme, supporting the delivery of prefabricated accommodation units to a remote project location. The scope covered the coordinated transport of modular units and associated materials, requiring detailed planning, sequencing and interface management to support phased installation on site. All movements were executed in line with project schedules and local operational constraints.

SCOPE OF WORK
The scope involves services related to the transport, handling, and storage of cargo, and other logistics services in connection with the project, including but not limited to the movement of 372 x modular buildings, via six x full charter vessels from Phu My, Vietnam to Ranges Accommodation Village, Karratha, Australia.
TGP were able to obtain permission from Main Roads WA to allow oversize night movements, allowing quicker discharge of the vessels.
