Petrochemical Plant Project, Azerbaijan
Trans Global Projects managed the transport and delivery of equipment for the HDPE and PP Plant Construction and the HAOR Modernisation in Azerbaijan. The project involved moving approximately 70,000 cbm of oversized and heavy cargo from multiple global origins via land, sea and river routes, with final delivery to Sumgait and Baku. TGP coordinated all multimodal operations, including the movement of major items such as pressure vessels and a 527‑mt DHT reactor, ensuring safe handling and schedule alignment across all phases.

SCOPE OF WORK
HDPE Plant EXW worldwide origins via Black Sea to FOT Sumgait job site. HAOR Project includes the EXW delivery via Black Sea and Russian River System to FOT Baku job site.
Notable cargo included – 11 x bullets, largest at 346MT / 56.25 x 7.00 x 8.85m, DHT reactor at 527MT / 32.65 x 8.40 x 6.61m
These projects required movement of cargo mainly Italy/Europe, India, Korea and China via both land and river routes to the site at Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
